Iteration 2

Alright race(ists), new update is here and adds some stuff that is generally necessary for a racing game. We now have a main menu screen (very brief, but it exists). The game is being made for an arcade machine so the main menu is going to look a little strange since most people aren't going to have the correct buttons that the game is trying to show to press. Either way, enjoy

Additions:

- There is now a main menu for vehicle selection

- Models for the Yellow and Blue vehicle have been added

- 2 player split screen (kind of) exists

- Controller support

Changes:

- The model for the base track

Bugs:

- 2nd player can't move no matter which controller they are using

- AI cars doesn't really like the new track model
